The Directorate of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN)hereby wishes to notify 2019 Newly admitted students, their sponsors/parents, well-wishers, as well as members of the general public about the 18th Matriculation Ceremony, to officially usher in the new students in all Study Centres across the Federation.

So, we write to inform you that the 18th Noun matriculation ceremony for the Newly Admitted students of the National Open University of Nigeria has been scheduled as follow:

Matriculation Date: 9th March 2019

Time: 9.00am

Venue: All noun study Centers across the nation
