Notice To All Students : Verification Of Certificate (Mushin Study Centre)

This is to inform all students to submit all photocopies of the following document to their faculty officers on or before 31st July 2018.

1. 2 Copies of Admission Letter 

2. 2 Copies of Online application  form 

3. 2 Copies of all academics certificates

Please note that all certificates will includes the following :

1 WAEC/NECO / NABTEB, GCE etc (as at january 2017 -december 2017)

2. NCE,ND/HND ( 2015-2016 January-December 2017)

3. PGD , Masters Degree etc( 2005-December , 2016 and January, 2017 -December 2017)
